GDPR / Privacy

As you may well be aware, new data protection regulations came into effect on 25th May 2018. Amongst many things there needs to be a clear explanation of what data is collected, stored, how it can be deleted, and it’s security.

When you submit an enquiry form through this website, the data is sent through to our main email address, where it is stored for the sole purpose of contacting you by reply, and future related correspondence. Your initial enquiry via the form is stored as a copy by our form handler software company in America, purely for reference in case it is not delivered to our main email address. This is encrypted, and you can at any time request deletion of this within the 30 day period stipulated. By submitting a form, you are giving us consent to process your data as above.

We, like many other websites use Google Analytics to provide generalised information about website traffic, it’s geographic location, and pages visited. We do not use this to identify or collect data on individuals, we do this to monitor our website’s effectiveness, usability and success. By continuing to use our website you are giving consent for us to use Google Analytics in this way.

If you have any questions or wish to request a deletion, please use the contact form at
